Refund policies vary depending on the platform and currency involved.
Stellar Program Purchases
You may contact us via email or in-app support tickets within 14 days of your Stellar Program purchase to request a refund. Once the refund is processed, the corresponding Golden Sun Points will be deducted. If some of the Golden Sun Points have already been spent, we will attempt to recover them or adjust your balance to a negative value.
Purchases made through afdian cannot be refunded via Solsynth due to platform restrictions; please contact afdian directly.
