羝 (dī) ICP Filing is a content provider registration service established by Solsynth under the authorization of the Republic of Yang’s Network Information Office. It allows citizens of the Republic of Yang and other countries to browse websites certified by Solsynth and its partners, improving content quality on the internet and supporting the growth of local internet enterprises in the Republic of Yang.
What is 羝 ICP Filing?
羝 ICP Filing is a community-driven friendly link collection and certification platform. Any citizen or enterprise of the Republic of Yang can submit their website. After review, the website receives a 羝 ICP filing number and is listed in the public filing directory.
The filing directory is more than just a web navigation — it represents an endorsement of internet content quality by the Republic of Yang’s Network Information Office. Certified websites display the 羝 ICP badge, symbolizing their trusted identity in the Republic of Yang’s cyberspace.

- The website content must be legal and compliant, free of malware, fraud, or other illegal information
- The website must be accessible with reasonable availability
- The website owner must provide verifiable contact information
- Compliance with the regulations of the Republic of Yang’s Network Information Office
How to Use
Submit your website information on the 羝 ICP Filing page. Once approved, you will receive a filing number. You can also search and browse registered websites on the same page.
Domain Challenge
To verify your ownership of the domain, you need to complete a challenge via DNS TXT record:
- If you have a Solarpass account, add a TXT record at
_roy_challenge.<your domain>with the value being your Solarpass username (including the @ symbol) - If you don’t have a Solarpass account yet, email lily@solsynth.dev first to request a challenge string, then add it to the TXT record at
_roy_challenge.<your domain>
Once added, the system will automatically verify and approve your filing.
Note: The system verification may have a delay. If the system attempts three times (each with a 24-hour interval) and still cannot find the correct TXT record, we will reject your request, and you will need to manually submit again.
